She brings a wealth of knowledge from her experiences and her own personal practice of continuous improvement. She has a dynamic and inclusive facilitation style. In her free time, you can find her outside hiking, biking, swimming or inside reading or cooking. She believes that life is about creating good stories to share.

Erica Ledesma, Property Manager, Livermore Airport

Erica Ledesma brings over eight years of experience in the aviation and aerospace industry and will be assisting Mindy Price throughout the workshop. Her background includes roles at both San José Mineta International Airport and Palo Alto Airport, where she supported operational, administrative, and organizational initiatives. Erica is passionate about creating positive change management within aviation systems and is deeply committed to advancing leadership development across the industry. She enjoys helping individuals and organizations strengthen their capacity to lead, collaborate, and thrive in an evolving aviation environment.
