Guests are welcome and encouraged to participate! Please note: Club rentals are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Attendee Cancellation Policy: Participants are eligible for a full refund if the registration is canceled more than 21 days in advance of the start date of the event. Cancellations made 21 days or less than the start date of the event are eligible for a refund less 30% of all fees paid, not to exceed $150 administrative processing fee. Cancellation notification should be sent to natalee@swaaae.org. Refunds will be processed no more than 30 days following a request.
