You can now register for the “Role of the Attorney as Part of the Airport Management Team” course which will be held from 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. on Saturday, January 22, 2022 as part of the SWAAAE Winter Conference in Monterey, CA.
The 2022 SWAAAE Airport Attorney Workshop, Saturday, January 22, 2022, has another full agenda. Sessions will include:

- Demystifying Section 163
- A Conversation with the FAA
- Land Use/CEQA Update
- The Latest on an Unleaded Avgas Alternative/Replacement
- Regulatory/Legislative Update

Some airport managers have asked if this course is just for attorneys, and the answer is “no”. It was designed for airport managers to bring their attorneys so that “airport” attorneys, especially for smaller jurisdictions who wear many hats and are not able to focus solely on airport issues, have the opportunity to network and learn how other airports handle their legal issues.
