Schedule

Session 1: Airport Capital Improvement Program - A Summary Overview
Presented by Joe Jackson, Vice President, RS&H

This session provides an overview of airport capital improvement plans (CIP)  intended for airport professionals and others that do not regularly deal with the capital development at airports.  It will cover the who, what, when, where, and how of putting together a successful CIP and leave time for questions and answers.

Session 2: The 5 Levels of Leadership
Presented by Bob Caldwell, Training and Development Specialist, BPG Designs

Leadership is dynamic. Influence is gained with people in levels—five levels to be exact. Every person who leads others has to start at the bottom level with another person and work his or her way up to higher levels one at a time.

Session 3: FAA Discussion
Presented by Mike Williams, A.A.E., Manager, Phoenix Airports District Office, Federal Aviation Administration

This presentation will cover a variety of topics such as funding (AIP, CARES, CRSSA, ARPA), Part 139 Inspections, and Section 163.
