Michael B. Jackson (MJ)

As Vice President and Global Head of Industries at DocuSign, MJ leads entrepreneurial teams that drive strategy and commercialize solutions to address unique customer challenges in Public Sector, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Financial Services, and other regulated segments - advancing DocuSign’s mission that everyone may securely access, contribute, and thrive in the new Anywhere Economy.
Prior to joining DocuSign, MJ was a General Manager at Amazon Web Services (AWS). Previously, MJ served as General Manager of Consumer Health at Intel Corporation; and as Director of Healthcare & Public Sector at Adobe Systems.
MJ is a graduate of the University of Baltimore Merrick School of Business where he earned a Master of Business Administration degree and a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems, and he has received certifications from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. A writer and presenter on topics of digital transformation and its equitable applications, MJ has collaborated with organizations such as the National Health IT Collaborative for the Underserved (NHIT), Civic Alliance, and numerous others.
