AAAE Foundational Leadership Development Training

Learning on your own can be scary, but don’t let the ghouls and goblins of self-doubt hinder your opportunity to grow as a leader! We are thrilled to share a new, FREE training opportunity with our SWAAAE members – the AAAE Foundational Leadership Development Training. Did we mention that it’s FREE (for all AAAE Members)?

Who should attend: While all AAAE members are invited to enroll in the Foundational Level training, the modules are specifically designed for first-time or frontline supervisors – individuals who are stepping into their initial supervisory roles, often transitioning from being part of a team to leading one. The Foundational Leadership training is a resource for personal and professional growth. We will be kicking off our own SWAAAE cohort in February at our Winter Short Course Conference where you can join your colleagues and peers from your airport, organization, or region, for a collaborative learning experience.
