SWAAAE's 2023 Hybrid Summer Conference will be held at the Arizona Grand Resort & Spa. All attendees receive a special room rate starting at $149 per night, plus tax (note: there is a $20 per night resort fee, additional details below). The deadline to receive the discounted conference room rate is Friday, June 30, 2023 at 4pm PT (reservations are available first come, first served). All reservations made after this date will be subject to availability and may not be at the conference rate. The Arizona Grand Resort & Spa is an all-suite property.

The $20 per night resort fee includes valet and self-parking, access to the fitness center and four wristbands per room for the resort's onsite Oasis Water Park. The Arizona Grand Resort & Spa is conveniently located seven miles from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. Ride share (including Lyft and Uber), taxis & shuttles and other transportation services are available from the airport to the hotel. Phoenix Mesa-Gateway Airport as another excellent option at just 24 miles away from the conference venue.
