SWAAAE's 2024 Summer Conference will be held at the Sheraton Grand Sacramento Hotel. All attendees receive a special room rate starting at $199 per night, plus tax. The deadline to receive the discounted conference room rate was Wednesday, June 26, 2024 (reservations are available first come, first served). All reservations made after this date will be subject to availability and may not be at the conference rate.
The Sheraton Grand hotel block is sold out. If you are unable to book a room at the Sheraton Grand, please see below for instructions to book at our overflow property, the Hyatt Centric Downtown Sacramento (just a few blocks away).

Cancellation Policy
Please note hotel reservations are subject to a cancellation policy of 48-hours. Attendees who notify the hotel within the cancelation window or do not arrive on the scheduled arrival date will be charged one night's room rate plus tax.

Overflow Hotel Room Block - Hyatt Centric Downtown Sacramento
We've contracted additional discounted rooms for SWAAAE conference attendees at the Hyatt Centric Downtown Sacramento, which is just a few blocks from the Sheraton Grand. The discounted rooms, now available to book, are $219 per night plus tax. The deadline to book at the Hyatt Centric was Friday, July 5. The hotel will be able to take additional reservations after the July 5 deadline based on availability. Please call the hotel directly to request a room.
