This hybrid conference will be hosted in person at the Peppermill Hotel and Casino in Reno, Nevada and virtually on the Whova event platform (virtual participation instructions will be sent to all registered attendees prior to the conference). Enjoy a packed program with a focus on interactive topics using roundtable discussions involving current events, challenges and opportunities in our industry. This conference will bring together a diverse group of innovative thinkers from across the region to discuss the ongoing transformation of airports and their professionals.
Face Mask Policy
As of Friday, July 30 at 12:01 a.m., all SWAAAE conference attendees, guests and employees at the Peppermill Hotel and Casino are required to wear masks at all times while indoors, per guidance from the CDC, and consistent with the directives of Governor Sisolak and the Washoe County Commission.
The deadline to register to attend in person was Tuesday, August 3. Attendees will be able to register on-site at the conference in Reno, NV.
